Spa Reservations

Schedule your spa experience with advance notice to ensure your preferred appointment time. You should book as far in advance as possible or after your previous experience. Our professional staff allocates time, especially for each guest; therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations.

All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling

As a courtesy, you will receive your reservation confirmation before your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours.

Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations is subject to charges up to full-service value. All no-show reservations will be assessed as an account at the total value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.

Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards

Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards, and Eden Med Spa Gift Cards. Eden's gift card contains a value that may be used to purchase products and services at face value.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at purchase, and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice.

Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by Eden Med Spa regulations. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for Cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card.

This card is not transferable. Eden Med Spa is not responsible for card loss, theft, damage, or unauthorized use. No express or implied warranties apply.

The services are not refundable but can be converted to spa credit. A fee of $50.00 will be charged for each returned check. In addition, any charges for collecting the due payment will also be added. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the guest's discretion.

Spa Arrivals

Arrive at your spa appointment 15 minutes early. This will help you start your spa journey in a relaxed state. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate the completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers, and beverages are provided for your comfort.

Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. We cannot extend service time for late arrivals. The total price of your service will still apply. This is to ensure respect for other spa guests.

Notify our staff of any special physical or medical needs or conditions. These must be taken into account before providing services. For example... pregnancy, food or product sensitivities, or aggressive medications).

We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Eden Med Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Discounted Promotions Policies

Discounted promotions and Eden Spa $50.00 discounts are not accepted after 5:00 PM. After's Dark schedule appointments are available seven days a week.

Black Friday and any Holiday gift cards are not valid to purchase any other discounted promotions, including memberships. We need to be notified of any discounted promotions during the appointment. If we are not told, the service will be charged at its total price outside the rise. Eden Med Spa does not accept Groupon; please don't insist.

Spa Requirements

The age requirement for a guest receiving Massage services is 18 years or older. Guests must be at least 12 years old to receive Skincare services. A parent or guardian must accompany guests under 18.

Guests must be ten years or older to receive nail services. If a guest is under 18 years old, they must be accompanied by an adult.

All services performed on guests under 18 require parental release before the services can be rendered. We ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa. This ensures that all guests enjoy a pleasant and peaceful environment.

Med Spa Services, Products, and Returns

If you are unhappy with a skin or body care product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. You will then receive spa credit. A refund for other retail items can be issued within 30 days of purchase. It can be given as spa credit or back in the same form of payment that was received.

Eden Med Spa prioritizes customer satisfaction and is committed to providing high-quality services; however, please be advised that minor scratches during dermaplaning, minor peeling during specific treatments, and temporary redness may occur. All sales are final, but in the event of a valid complaint, determined through a thorough examination and in-house evaluation by our team, an in-house credit may or may not be issued to address the concern.

Services are limited to those advertised. Customization, such as removal, custom design, or style, is considered an additional service. These extra services will be charged separately from any promotion advertised.

While we try to make our customers happy, all service sales are final. You have been given a $50 gift card from Eden Med Spa. You must have at least $200 worth of products or services to use the card.
